- The submitter is strongly encouraged to compose the case study text in his/her own word processor before submitting it online. Be sure to check spelling and conformance with the requirements given below.

- Author Information: please note that all listed authors will receive emails with access back into the submission.
- Title Information:
- Submission Title
- Type of Industry
- Number of Employees
- Most Recent FY Revenues
- The Problem: describe the problem or context of the practice using the specific time and location where the problem occurred. (no word limit)
- The Response: describe the response, process, or practice that resolves the problem. Your description needs to cover activities at a specific time and place not generalized practices or concepts.
- The Outcome: describe the outcome by covering the results that occurred at a specific time and place. Include any specific performance requirements whenever possible.
